The NBA's top prospect, Zion Williamson, has filed a lawsuit against the NBA

The NBA's top prospect, Zion Williamson, has filed a lawsuit against the NBA after he received word they would be handing down punishments and fines related to his use of a controversial yet 'perfectly legal' supplement.

The moment Zion signed an agent, he was no longer considered an 'amateur' basketball player. The moment he is drafted and signs his rookie contract, the NBA can officially slap him with fines. Last week, NBA officials prepared documentation to hand Zion a $50,000-$100,000 fine and are in talks about a possible suspension. Zion has responded with legal action as there are no clear written rules in the NBA Drug Policy that state the supplement is illegal, despite several of the ingredients being blacklisted when combined with others not used in the supplement.

The 6-foot-7, 285 pound Zion Williamson is considered one of the best prospects since LeBron James, and was drafted 1st overall by the New Orleans Pelicans in Thursday's draft. He has publicly admitted to using the substance daily to improve overall performance, and has been very vocal about its role in helping him build his 'superhero' size and strength.

We were able to catch up with the man himself to find out more on his response to the NBA's allegations.

"I don't do drugs, I don't even drink. This is 100% natural," Zion defended.

When we asked if he thought taking the supplement was dishonest and misleading, Zion laughed.

"First of all everyone is using this, I mean everybody, not just athletes in pro-sports but in Hollywood as well. It's completely fine, because its not illegal and contains no drugs. This is the real deal.

The ultimate performance enhancer." said a grinning Williamson. "Whether you're an athlete or not, any man of any age can absolutely without a doubt benefit from taking this daily. I'm in the best shape of my life, and I'm stronger and faster than ever before," Zion said.

The popular supplement designed to burn fat, pack on lean muscle, and skyrocket energy and stamina is called TestMax.

It's a common product taken by many athletes, but it is under consideration of being banned by major sports organizations for two reasons:

1. This supplement has been proven to boost muscle growth rate by an average of a 150%! This would make an athletes like Zion Williamson stronger than "humanly possible" at his age.

2. These supplements don't have to be used in conjunction with a gym. Users experience massive muscle growth and fat loss without lifting a single weight. Many athletic commissions across the globe consider this natural trick to be a "cheat" as it requires hardly any effort on the user's part.
