In Chicago- According to Chicago police, a 13-year-old boy was shot in the city’s Roseland neighborhood.
It happened as the teen was walking on the 11100 blocks of South Princeton Avenue around 4:30 p.m this afternoon.
The incident was caused when two people from different cars started shooting at one another.
The teen was struck in the abdomen by a stray bullet.
There was a woman driving by that saw the scene and noticed teen needed help. She drove him to Roseland Hospital and the teen was then transported to Stroger Hospital in serious condition.
No arrest have been made at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
