FBI agents raided the 34th ward office of All. Carrie Austin. The FBI confirmed they were "conducting court-authorized law enforcement activities" in the area. The 34th Ward campaign office is located on West 111th street.
Alderman Carrie Austin is the longest serving City Council Member after Ed Burke. His Office was raided last year and is currently in court on corruption charges. She has been serving the community since 1994 which includes Washington Heights, Roseland, West Pullman and Morgan Park.
No one has been charged with any crimes at this time.
