ARE WE REALLY READY?!
Killer Mike spoke some seriously thought provoking words at this All Black National Convention.
To summarize his message: if Black People are not efficient at growing our own crops, educating our own children, hunting our own food, building our own homes, protecting our own communities, providing each other with loans to start our own business or buy land then we are not ready for “Revolution”.
In other words, until we learn all of those things we are still slaves depending on “massa” to take care of us. Under those conditions, revolting without a constructive and effective program for the masses of black people will be disastrous.
We must learn self-sufficiency as a unit before we can claim we are ready for the revolution.
