Northwestern hospital may have fired employess for just scrolling pass Jussie Smollett's medical records in a process to retrieve another patients medical file.
Jussie Smollett was treated at the Northwestern Emergency room after he was attacked by two men.
One of the nurses says, the incident is a misunderstanding and she never even accessed Smollett's chart. However, she was fired last week and believes many other nurses and staffers were fired for the exact reason.
She is currently appealing and believes other may have been fired for just scrolling past Jussie‘s name as well.
The Nurse will remain anonymous as she currently appeals the employment status with NorthWestern Hospital.
